AFL ‘Country Game’ to feature the AMAG logo

The Australian Made Campaign is proud to announce a new partnership with the AFL’s Essendon and Geelong football teams, which will see the Australian Made, Australian Grown logo featured as part of the inaugural ‘Country Game’.

The AFL’s Country Game celebrates Australia’s rural and regional towns and their contribution to the sport – as well as the economy and the community. Fans will be treated to a live concert, farmers’ market and field shows, bringing a taste of the country to the city.

The flagship event will take place at the MCG and Yarra Park in Round 4 on April 16th, with the logo to be highlighted throughout a range of activities before, during and after the game.

“The Australian Made Campaign is proud to be working with the Essendon and Geelong football teams to promote the importance of regional Australia and help showcase the great produce from regional Australia,” Australian Made Campaign Chief Executive, Ian Harrison said.

“Country towns produce some of the best Australia has to offer – from footy champions to iconic products and produce.”

“It will be great to see Australia’s farmers and manufacturers celebrated alongside our sporting heroes under the banner of the green-and-gold Australian Made, Australian Grown kangaroo logo at the inaugural Country Game,” Mr Harrison said.
