Healthy Fruit Slice

Instead of reaching for the cake next time you fancy a snack, reach for a healthy fruit slice! These tasty treats work well for breakfast on the go, and make great snacks at tea time - even better, they take less than half an hour to make.

Ingredients

  • 3 mashed bananas
  • 1/2 cup Sunbeam sultanas
  • 1/3 cup apple sauce
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


Method

  • Combine your ingredients and fill a small slice tin with the mixture.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden.
  • Allow to cool for 5 minutes, and cut into 6 slices.
  • Enjoy!
