Designers such as Natalie Walton provide us with surprising lighting inspirations no matter the space. Simple questions such as “What can we do different” provides more inspiration than simply following the status quo. We honestly get a little excited when we see new spaces featuring our lighting, Natalie installed The Eclipse Gooseneck for the kitchen shown below, creating a rustic farmhouse space while maintaining functionality of the area.

The Eclipse Gooseneck Wall Light features fluted sloping neck with a beaded step evolving into a classic warehouse shape. The Eclipse provides minimal light spread due to a recessed lampholder, deep within the shade neck.

The Eclipse Gooseneck Barn Light provides the appeal of vintage industrial lighting and elegance of timeless design, a feature you would be hard pressed to find elsewhere. Consider the Eclipse Gooseneck to be best suited for highlighting areas directly below the shade or where light dispersal isn’t desired. This could be outdoor spaces, next to entertaining areas such as the family barbecue, or as outdoor garage lighting and reading nooks around the building. Mounted on a gooseneck, The Eclipse provides sufficient light over the focus area, reflecting light onto and back from the person to the focus area. This technique focuses light while also providing a glow for the surrounding areas, unlike the sharp contrast of a downlight.
