BVR understands the importance of serving fresh, high quality food to family dining tables. We strive to select only the highest standard of cattle for our production.
Both our grass-fed and grain-fed beef is sourced from some of the best temperate zones for cattle production in Australia, including the Northern Tablelands and Central Slopes of NSW. The cattle happily graze free range on perennial pastures such as clover and rye grass or are fed on natural grain ration for over 100 days. Our beef is best described as a juicy, flavoursome, tender piece of meat, free from any artificial hormones, so it’s naturally healthy – the way nature intended it to be.
