We’ve been making this Heat rub using ingredients from nature for over 10 years now with truly amazing results.
Usage Tips: After a nice hot shower when your pores are opened, alpy the heat rub to your affected areas. Rubbing in to create a warming relaxing feeling. Massage experts mix a little warm oil to a half a teaspoon of our heat rub to massage large areas. Remember you have chilli on your hands so dont rub your eye!!!
Ingredients: I make this with 3 Tinctures of fresh and dried herbs and Apple cider Vinegar. This is a very old traditional method using a natural base acid to draw the goodness from the herbs without damaging cells, from 3-6 months to make. Our heat rub has a Comfrey root, Chilli and Hypericum Tinctures mixed with Arnica infused oil and essential oils to help warm areas that need some TLC.
A Note from Kay: Both Gregg and I were the guinea pigs, we just couldn’t find anything on the market that would help our needs. We both work hard and needed something to relax areas, i think that’s why we were able to nail it.(Gregg is so honest with his feedback as hubbies are lol)
