Stringybark Supplies is a manufacturer of wood slice products (that is cross cuts of tree branches that retains the bark edge). We source all our timber from trees that have either fallen naturally, or are an introduced and invasive weed species - we harvest these, allowing our native bushland to recover. We process our timber in our factory in Wesburn in the Yarra Valley, Victoria.
We sell wood slices as blanks to be used for arts and crafts (painting, pyrography and kids activity pieces - particularly popular with Montessori learning). Our larger pieces are frequently sought for use as wedding table centerpiece bases.
In addition to supplying blank wood slices, we are also able to print long lasting and full colour ink onto our product, opening up a whole range of use cases. Most popular for weddings are our printed wood slice coasters which make great gifts, as well as our save the dates and invites - imagine receiving a real piece of wood in the mail with wedding details on it!
With this printing capability we've also found our way into the promotional products world - such a unique product is great for creating eye catching promo products that people just have to touch and figure out what it is and how it's made! Our promo product range consists of coasters, magnets, keyrings, medals and more.
