Salad Dressing

Add this delicious and simple dressing to a salad to add some zest!

Ingredients

3 cloves of Hunter Valley Garlic

2 teaspoons of salt

2 teaspoons of mustard powder

¾ cup white sugar

¾ cup of Pressed Purity peanut oil

¾ cup of brown vinegar

½ teaspoon of pepper

Method

Measure ingredients into a bowl
Whisk thoroughly
Pour into jug or bottle to serve
Enjoy!
* Store in the refrigerator, shake before use.
