Honey Soy Chicken and Shredded Salad


Spicing up your dinner menu can be as easy as a new marinade and dressing! This recipe for honey soy chicken and shredded salad is simple but sumptuous - just add TAYLOR'S.

Ingredients

FOR THE CHICKEN:

4 small chicken breasts

1/3 cup TAYLOR’S Honey Soy Marinade

2 teaspoons sesame seeds, lightly toasted, for sprinkling on cooked chicken

FOR THE SALAD:

½ cup TAYLOR’S Avocado & Garlic Salad Dressing

2 cups finely shredded red cabbage

2 cups finely shredded wombok

1 carrot, cut into matchsticks

50g snow peas, finely sliced

2 tablespoons mint, finely chopped

Lemon wedges, for serving

 

Method

  • Place chicken breasts into a container and coat with TAYLOR’S Honey Soy Marinade.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 30 mins – 1 hour.
  • Cook chicken breasts on a pre-heated barbecue plate or griddle for 5 minutes each side, or until cooked through.
  • Sprinkle chicken with sesame seeds and place on a serving platter.
  • Combine salad ingredients, dress with TAYLOR'S Avocado and Garlic Dressing and place in a serving bowl to accompany chicken.
