Triple chocolate chunk cookies

These sweet little chewy morsels of decadence are a personal recipe from Australian Made's Licensee Support representative. Delicious dessert prepped and ready to eat in half an hour? Count us in!

  • 170g granulated raw sugar
  • 170g soft brown sugar
  • 55g butter
  • 55g good quality lard
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Fresha egg
  • 275g plain flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 200g milk chocolate chips
  • 50g white chocolate chips
  • 50g plain chocolate chunks


  • 120ml (4 fl oz) Baileys Irish Cream




  • Preheat the oven to 180 °c (gas mark 4)
  • In a large bowl, beat together the butter and lard.  Add sugars and beat until creamy (or use an electric mixer)
  • Add the egg and vanilla (along with Baileys if desired) and mix well
  • Mix the flour, baking soda and salt in gradually until a dough form
  • Add the chocolates and stir in
  • Line baking trays with parchment and use a table spoon to scoop the mixture onto the baking tray - about 6 to a tray (they do spread!)
  • Bake for about 15 minutes and cool on a wire rack
