Get started
- Log in to your account at australianmade.com.au/licensees/login to access your Business Dashboard. Using a desktop is recommended.
- In the ‘Online Profile’ section, click the ‘Update online profile’
- Scroll down to the product you’d like to update and click the ‘Edit’ button. This will open the ‘Manage your product page’, which is a preview of your product listing on the website.
Updating images and videos
- On the ‘Manage your product page,’ click ‘Product image’ on the left-hand side of the page to open the pop-up ‘Edit Product’
- To upload an image, click ‘Browse’ to select your file, and then click ‘Upload’ to save. Images need to be uploaded individually. Up to 4 images or videos can be uploaded per product.
- To add a YouTube video, enter your YouTube video URL click ‘Save’ to save.
- When you are finished, click the yellow ‘Close’. Changes will appear on the Australian Made website within 24 hours.
Updating product descriptions
- On the ‘Manage your product page', click ‘Content’ on the right-hand side of the page to open the pop-up ‘Edit Product’.
- Enter your product description in the ‘Product Features’ section. We recommend writing a few short sentences that describe your product and include keywords that shoppers will search for.
- When you are finished, click the yellow ‘Save and exit’ button. Changes will appear on the Australian Made website within 24 hours.
Updating ‘Where to buy’ information
- On the ‘Manage your product page,’ scroll down to the ‘Where to buy' section and click on the information you’d like to update. This will open a pop-up window.
- Update your details and click the yellow ‘Save and exit’ button. Changes will appear on the Australian Made website within 24 hours.
Optimising your product search results
- On the ‘Manage your product page,’ click the ‘Categories and search keywords’ button at the top of the page to open a pop-up window.
- Select the search categories you’d like your product to appear in. Click the dropdown boxes under the Primary Category, Secondary Category and Tertiary Category headings and choose the most appropriate option.
- Add relevant keywords for product searches to ensure your products appear in the appropriate searches and attract more shoppers to view your listings.
- When you are finished, click the yellow ‘Save and exit’ button. Changes will appear on the Australian Made website within 24 hours.
